Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space to slow down, get curious, and reconnect with yourself. Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, or carrying anxiety, shame, or self-doubt. Together, we explore not only what’s showing up in the present, but how your past experiences, attachment patterns, and internal coping strategies influence the way you move through the world.
My approach is insight-oriented and compassion-focused, blending reflection with practical tools to support emotional flexibility and meaningful change. Sessions are collaborative and paced intentionally, allowing us to build understanding while also working toward shifts that feel sustainable and grounded.
